 Does the job, Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Delphi FG0229 Electric Fuel Pump (Automotive) Good product. The good: - Good price - $400 less than what the local Ford dealers wanted for Ford OEM part, and $60 less than best local auto parts store for the same part. - All the parts needed were included - pump, tank seal, wire splicing, etc. - Good instructions (with one exception - the text for the wiring is written poorly, but the associated diagram is correct). The bad: - Lower pressure than OEM (this is my best guess as an engineer). I installed this in my 96 Ford Explorer (with manual transmisson) two months ago. About once per week, the truck will nearly stall when the engine goes from a moderate rpm (1500-3000) to a low rpm - this happens when I am driving at low speed and push the clutch in. Instead of returning to idle as it should, it will momentarily drop to 300-400 rpm (near stall), then recover to idle rpm. It has never stalled, and I've had no problems at any other rpm/speed.
